Good morning friends! As I'm working my way home from the Natures Sunshine Educational Summit I am also praying for protection for those in Irma's path, Blessings and recovery from Harvey and the same for those in Mexico suffering from the Earthquake. We live in very challenging and frankly scary times.

It's always heartwarming to see strangers helping strangers in time of need. I traveled to Cincinnatti a day early before the Summit to take a class with Nature's Institute. This class had been planned for months and would you like to guess the subject matter? ......First Response Preparedness! Not from a medical perspective but how to build a first aid kit with what we know as Herbal Experts. It was an awesome class and in these times especially (not to mention daily boo boos), it's smart to be prepared.

Good Samaritan Laws protect those who happen upon a situation and choose to help. We never know what we may encounter so it's best to be prepared to help yourself, family and friends and we may be called upon to help strangers in difficult situations. So I will be building my kit. As I looked at the list I realized I had almost everything in stock at my store and you may have several items in your house and yard!

I will be holding a class very soon to teach you the benefits of many plants, spices, herbs and oils that you may want to have on hand.
