Most parents find it difficult to convert their children over to a healthier diet.  Here’s a twist on an all-time favorite dish for kids (and adults):

Mac n’ Cheese

Use quinoa or brown rice flour pasta and prepare as suggested on the package

Add 1 Tbsp organic butter (YES  real butter..NOT margarine)

 2 Tbsp vegetable broth

2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (available at D4H)

Salt with Himalyan Pink Salt or Sea Salt to taste
